Job Description:
A company is looking for a Command Center Service Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to the retail network via
phone and Microsoft Teams, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries
and issues
Support retail partners in troubleshooting technologies used for
quoting, ordering, and scheduling appointments with homeowners
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met while collaborating
with team members to improve processes and customer
satisfaction
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service and support roles, with a focus on
meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
At least one year of hands-on Salesforce experience
Preferably holds Salesforce Admin Certification and Salesforce
Service Cloud Certification
Familiarity with APIs and Postman is a plus
A continuous improvement mindset, eager to find creative solutions
and learn
