Job Description:

A company is looking for a Workday HR Analyst to analyze HR data and support HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize Workday dashboards and analytics for HR initiatives
Create custom reports and data visualizations for decision-making
Collaborate with HR teams to identify reporting needs and provide data solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline preferred
Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools and analytics
Experience in data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
Familiarity with general HRIS navigation and functionalities
Ability to provide training and support to HR staff on Workday usage
