Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agilist I-III to assist teams in
driving value-focused delivery of products through facilitation,
coaching, and agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor and coach teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to
enhance agile maturity
Facilitate team ceremonies and workshops on Agile practices and
methodologies
Assess team health metrics and provide recommendations for
continuous improvement
Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, business, or a related
field
Experience in leading and coaching Agile teams, with increasing
years required for each level (3, 5, or 7 years)
Professional certifications in Agile frameworks and Agilist
skills
Experience with Jira configurations and Agile tools
Experience in the IT and business/health insurance industry
