enhance member access and affordability of care.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with employer clients to develop effective
marketing strategies
Design and implement campaigns to drive product adoption and
utilization
Monitor campaign metrics and analyze results for optimization
Required Qualifications
2+ years of relevant member engagement experience
Experience with multi-channel campaigns including email, direct
mail, and SMS
Experience working on a cross-channel marketing platform
Strong analytical skills to define, track, and measure outcomes
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
