Job Description:
A company is looking for a Closer to provide escrow services for
real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire real estate closing process, ensuring compliance
with contracts and lender instructions
Evaluate and select solutions to atypical problems and communicate
complex information effectively
Act as a resource for less experienced team members while
performing other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
Understanding of real estate contracts and title requirements
Ability to work under limited supervision and modify work practices
as needed
Experience in managing customer relationships throughout the
closing process
