Job Description:
A company is looking for an Error Processing Specialist -
Subsidiary Billing (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries and research billing information
Submit claims to insurance companies and patients accurately and
timely
Collaborate with various teams to improve billing processes and
customer service
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service or client-facing experience, preferably
in health insurance claims processing
Strongly preferred experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Experience with Windows-based platforms
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
