Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Claims Representative -
Complex Loss to handle high exposure and complex first-party
commercial property claims.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate losses to determine coverage and indemnity owed under
the policy
Manage outside vendors and experts during the claims investigation
process
Draft detailed correspondence, including coverage position and
reservation of rights letters
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
Adjuster licensing
At least 5 years of claims adjusting experience, preferably in
commercial property
AIC, CPCU, or similar designations are a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Xactanalysis, Xactimate, and
Xactcontents
