Job Description:
A company is looking for a Food Regulatory Specialist to join
their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Review and approve formulas and ingredients for compliance
Create final label content, including compliant nutrition facts and
ingredient statements
Provide support for regulatory data maintenance projects
Required Qualifications
University degree in a scientific field (minimum B.S., Food
Science, Biology, Chemistry, Toxicology, Nutrition preferred)
Regulatory experience in the food industry
6 months to 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs of a
Consumer Products Company
Working knowledge of U.S. FDA labeling regulations as published in
21 CFR Parts 1-199
Technical knowledge of software applications such as MS Outlook, MS
Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Optiva
