The Surgical Services Nurse Manager will join a well rounded team of health care professionals at an outstanding medical center in Southern California. This 200 + bed medical center is a Level 3 Trauma Center and is well known for its commitment to the high quality care of their patients.
Reporting to the Director of Surgical Services, the Nurse Manager will lead a terrific team of seasoned health care workers. They will collaborate with exceptional surgeons and will be supported by experienced Registered Nurses and Surgical Technicians. The Nurse Leader will play a vital role in leading clinical and administrative operations for the Surgical Unit. This technologically advanced operating room offers state-of-the-art equipment and a broad range of surgical treatments. The Clinical Nurse Manager will oversee a busy department and be able to manage multiple operating rooms that cover a wide variety of specialties.
