Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to lead CRM and
personalization efforts during a period of significant growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement the CRM strategy to improve customer
engagement, retention, and lifetime value
Analyze customer data and key performance metrics to make informed,
strategic decisions
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure CRM initiatives align
with broader business objectives
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in CRM strategy, customer insights, and
marketing automation, preferably in a B2C technology
environment
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and UX
principles
Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Adobe) and strong
analytical skills
Familiarity with customer lifecycle modeling and marketing
automation best practices
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology,
or related field, or equivalent experience
