Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Software Engineer to
lead a dynamic engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction across people, processes, and
technology
Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent while fostering a
culture of continuous learning
Drive the implementation of Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices to
enhance technology solutions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years managing cross-functional engineering teams
or projects
Minimum of five years of technical software engineering experience,
including full stack development
Minimum of three years developing cloud-native software products
using DevOps
Minimum of five years of Lean-Agile experience
