Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Manager to oversee tax compliance
and planning in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax
returns
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities while
ensuring compliance
Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a
collaborative work environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
(Master's degree or CPA preferred)
Minimum of 3-5 years of tax team management experience
Expertise in federal, state, and local tax laws
Strong proficiency in tax software and financial systems
Proven leadership experience in managing and developing tax
professionals
