Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to
manage the in-house tax function for an international technology
company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage tax compliance for federal and state income taxes, sales and
use taxes, and property taxes
Prepare ASC 740 tax provisions and manage tax audits and inquiries
from tax authorities
Implement tax strategies related to IP ownership and support
business expansion and mergers
Qualifications
CPA required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is
required, MBT preferred
7+ years of experience in tax roles, with both private industry and
public accounting experience preferred
Experience in automated financial reporting environments
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Oracle is a plus
Experience in manufacturing is a plus
