Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Medical Director for Care
Coordination and Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure delivery of cost-effective quality care incorporating
evidence-based practices
Coordinate with multiple medical specialties and stakeholders to
implement longitudinal care plans
Provide clinical supervision and maintain the clinical integrity of
the program
Required Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy with an unrestricted medical
license
Board certified in Psychiatry with integrated care experience
Understanding of engagement, empowerment, rehabilitation, and
recovery principles
Knowledge of post-acute care planning and population health
3+ years of experience as a practicing physician post-residency is
preferred
