A company is looking for a Director, Provider Contracts in

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Provider Contracting functions and team, leading
negotiations with providers
Oversee development of provider contracting strategies, including
Value Based Payment models
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements
while managing contract relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in Healthcare Administration, Managed Care,
or Provider Contracting
5+ years of experience in provider contract negotiations within a
managed healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of managed healthcare provider compensation and
VBP methodologies
Minimum 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees
