Ambercycle Marketing team creates physical, digital, and offline
experiences inspired by our community that foster connection, drive

curious, resourceful, and fearless.The JobWe are seeking a Partner
Marketing Manager to collaborate with our brand partners' marketing
teams to create meaningful campaigns that elevate the cycora brand
and uphold co-branding standards. Your role will involve developing
and executing joint marketing initiatives that drive brand
awareness and engagement on a global scale.Who You Might Be
- A strategic collaborator: you work effectively with brand
partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with
both cycora's and partners' objectives.
- A brand custodian: you ensure that all co-branded marketing
materials and campaigns uphold cycora's brand guidelines and
integrity.
- A creative marketer: you ideate and execute innovative and
unique marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and
differentiate the brands in the market.
- A results-driven marketer: you track and analyze campaign
performance metrics to measure and report success and continually
optimize current and future initiatives.
- A detail-oriented and highly organized professional: you manage
multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track and
within scope.What You'll Do
- A genuine interest and passion for creating the circular
textile economy, ending textile 'waste', and making the world more
sustainable.
- 3+ years of experience in partner marketing or brand management
roles, preferably in a global or multi-market environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability
to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
- Proven ability to develop and execute co-marketing strategies
that drive mutual brand benefit and growth.
- Self-motivated, demonstrating a high level of initiative and
proven ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment, prioritizing appropriately.
- Strong understanding of digital data analysis and social media
KPIs; translating insights into actions.
- Impeccable attention to detail and creative eye.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns from ideation to
execution, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including Excel
and Sheets, as well as experience with project management
software.Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing or brand management
roles within a global or multi-market environment.
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing co-marketing
strategies that drive mutual brand benefit and growth.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability
to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
- Self-motivated, demonstrating a high level of initiative and
proven ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment, prioritizing appropriately.
