We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Delivery Manager to lead our Embedded IT and engineering teams.

Position OverviewAs the Service Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our service delivery operations within a high profile customer. You will support and monitor our embedded IT and engineering teams, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with both Zitko's business goals and those of our client. This position is vital for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence across our US and UK-based teams.Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery management, preferably within the AV, IT or Tech industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills.
• Solid understanding of AV, IT or Tech solutions and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage service delivery across multiple time zones, from Los Angeles to London, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among global teams.What We Offer:
