Job Description:
A company is looking for a Survey Ops Program Manager to
contribute to global listening strategy and survey program
management.
Key Responsibilities
Own listening framework requirements, survey program management,
and vendor relationships
Analyze voice of customer data and present insights to
stakeholders
Manage survey operations, including dashboard creation and metric
reporting
Required Qualifications
BA required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
6-10 years of experience in business analytics and customer
experience
Experience with survey program operations and project management
tools
Strong fluency with data analytics; SQL skills preferred
Proven track record in driving global surveys and customer
research
