Job Description:
Nuphoton Technologies, Inc., located in Murrieta, CA, is seeking
an Optical Engineer to develop fiber amplifiers, fiber lasers, and
fiber optic and optoelectronics subsystems.
A high number of candidates may make applications for this

The candidate will be responsible for the simulation, design, and
prototyping of fiber amplifiers, analyzing data from thermal tests,
and developing thermal management strategies.
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in
Optoelectronics/optical communication, with at least two years of
experience in various types of fiber amplifiers and lasers.
Experience with MOPA and mode-locked lasers is a plus.
Familiarity with ISO9001 standards is required.
Proficiency in optical and circuit design software is highly
desirable.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
