Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Platform Engineering to lead
and scale their Platform organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic vision and roadmap for the Platform
organization
Recruit, mentor, and grow engineering managers and engineers
Ensure operational excellence and collaboration across Platform
teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of engineering management experience, preferably in
platform or developer experience domain
Strong technical background in cloud platforms, scalable
infrastructure, and AI/ML technologies
Ability to develop and communicate a clear vision
Experience building collaborative and high-performing team
environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field, or equivalent professional experience
