Job Description:
A company is looking for a Representative 1, Collections -
Commercial.
Key Responsibilities
Contact commercial customers to arrange payment plans for
delinquent accounts
Follow credit and collection policies while ensuring compliance
with regulations
Process customer payments and manage account disconnects as
necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
Flexible schedule availability for M-F between 8am-8pm
Ability to manage high-stress situations and diffuse customer
concerns
