function of the CSR is to provide product/service information,
answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our
customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Task

Requirements:
* Must be able to have flexible availability including weekends and
some nights.
* Must have strong communication skills.
* Must have experience with computers and microsoft office

highest level of customer satisfaction and technical correctness of
the completed job.
* Must be able to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email and
internet efficiently.
* Must be motivated to work independently and multi-task.
